Modal analysis and optimization structure design of fixture for mould electrode

摘要 对模具电极用夹具利用ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析,得到系统的固有频率和振型,为模具电极用夹具的设计及动力学分析提供参考依据。利用ANSYS分析模块对模具电极用夹具结构进行优化分析,最优结果是:夹具的最大节点位移为3.32×10-3mm,最大节点应力为7.61MPa,总体积为2.14×105mm3,与优化之前的结果相比较,体积减少了33.1%。 The modal analysis on the fixture of a mould electrode using the software AN- SYS was made and the natural frequency and the mode of vibration, which can provide ref- erence for the design and dynamics analysis of the fixture, were obtained. The structure op- timized analysis on the fixture was also made in the ANSYS analysis module. The optimal results was that the maximum nodal displacement of the fixture was 3.32×10^-3mm, the maximum node stress was 7.61MPa and the whole unit volume was 2.14×10^5mm3. Compared with non-optimized results, the volume of the optimized fixture was reduced by 33.1%.
