面向绿色制造的机床夹具优化选择研究 被引量:12

摘要 随着资源危机和环境污染问题的日益突出,绿色制造逐渐受到人们的关注,绿色制造是实现制造业可持续发展的重要举措。机床夹具是机械加工系统的重要组成部分,其绿色性对产品的绿色性影响很大。针对面向绿色制造的机床夹具选择问题,文章综合考虑时间、质量、成本、资源、环境五大目标,建立和分析了机床夹具的决策模型和选择模型。采用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法对模型进行求解。同时结合一个减速器箱体加工过程中面向绿色制造的机床夹具选择为例,说明该优化模型的可行性。 With the resource crisis and environment pollution problem increasingly prominent,Green manufacturing is starting to attract the attention of people,Green manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode to realize sustainable development of manufacturing industry.Machine fixtures are an important part of the machining system,the degree of green for fixture has a great influence on green of product.In allusion to the research of the optimization selection of fixture for green manufacturing,the optimization model of machine fixtures selection for green manufacturing is built with the consideration of time,quality,cost,resources and environment impact.It has adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relation Analysis Method to solve the model.A case in a fixture Selection of Reducer box for green manufacturing is studied and it explains the method useful.
