摘要
介绍适用于金属成形过程有限元分析的后处理技术,包括节点应力、应变插值,等值线的绘制等方法,处理两个坐标系统之间的转换关系。该技术简单易行,其精度与有限元分析结果的精度相匹配。举例证实了该技术的可行性。
A simple and straightforward postprocessing technique for finite element analysis of metal forming processes is intro duced. It includes the interpolation of nodal stress and strain values and the contour plotting of physical quantities. The exactness of contours matches that of the finite element analysis. The local and the global coordinate systems and the necessary transformation between them are dealt with. Finally, some examples are presented.
