大鼠肝纤维化相关基因的生物信息学分析

摘要 目的利用生物信息学技术探索大鼠肝纤维化肝窦内皮细胞的关键差异基因及相关信号通路。方法在公共数据库GEO中找到大鼠肝纤维化相关基因芯片数据,利用String、FLink在线工具筛选差异表达基因,对差异表达基因进行相关信号通路分析。结果在大鼠肝纤维化肝窦内皮细胞中共找到62条关键差异表达基因,其中上调39条,下调23条;并筛选出21条相关信号通路。结论利用生物信息学方法能有效的分析基因芯片数据并获取生物内在信息,大鼠肝纤维化时肝窦内皮细胞的多个基因、多条信号通路发生改变,为进一步研究肝纤维化发病机制提供新思路。 Objective To screen sinusoidal endothelial cells of rat liver fibrosis critical differential genes and signa- ling pathway by bioinformatics analysis. Methods The gene chip data of rat liver fibrosis were obtained from GEO data- base, using String and FLink to identify the genes related to rat liver fibrosis with bioinformatics analysis. Results 62 differentially expressed genes were identified in sinusoidal endothelial cells of rat liver fibrosis samples, including 39 up- regulated and 23 down-regulated genes. And 21 signaling pathways were screened by gene interaction networks. Conclu- sion Bioinformatics analysis can help with effective analysis of the gene chip data, the pathogenesis of sinusoidal endo- thelial cells with rat liver fibrosis involves abnormal expression of multiple signaling pathways, and these data may benefit further investigations of liver fibrosis.
