摘要
目的 :探讨生物瓣衰败再次瓣膜替换手术患者的护理。方法 :对 44例接受再次手术患者重点采取了以下护理措施 :加强围术期心理护理 ;注重营养支持护理 ;严密观察病情 ,加强并发症的的预防与治疗。结果 :本组除手术死亡 1例外 ,余均获成功。无 1例因心理障碍和营养失衡而影响康复。结论 :适时进行再次瓣膜替换是挽救患者生命 ,提高生活质量的唯一治疗手段。术者精湛的医术是手术成功的保证 ,而围术期注重心理护理、营养支持护理 ,积极改善心功能则是确保患者手术成功、术后顺利康复的重要措施。
Objective:To discuss perioperational nursing about replacement of valves replacement due to biotic valves failure Method:44 cases patients accepted fol-lowing nursing,enforced psychological nursing nutrition support,obseration of condition,prevention of complication Re^sult:All succeded except 1 death Conc^lusion:Valves replacement operation can rescue patients if taken timely,perioperational nursing,nutritional support,improvement of patients cardio pulmonary function are crux for their recovery
