摘要
总结57例生物瓣失功能再次行瓣膜置换术患者的监护体会。再次手术的病人,术前病程长、心功能差、心包粘连广泛、手术难度大、体外循环时间长及低温诸因素,术后容易出现心律失常、低心排出量综合征、出血、呼吸衰竭、电解质紊乱等并发症。认为通过术后严密观察病情,加强心理护理,积极维护心肺功能,保持引流管通畅,及时处理并发症,有助于病人顺利度过术后恢复期,提高治愈率。
The authors summarized experience of nursing57cases after re-operation for patients with disfunctonal cardiac biopros-thetic valve.The patients undergoing re-operation involved some negative factors including long disease history,poor heart function,pericardium's extensive conglutination,operative difficulty,long time of extra-corporal circulation and lower body temperature.After operation,they were apt to suffer from complications like abnormal heart rate,low cardiac output syndrome,bleeding,respiratory failure and disordered electrolure.The authors held that monitoring the health status closely,enhancing mental care,maintaining cardiorespiratory function positively,keeping drain unobstructed,and dealing with complications timely can help patients to pass convalescence smoothly and improve cure rate.
