摘要
目的 通过对34例重症心脏瓣膜病患者的治疗分析,找到重症心脏瓣膜病的诊治规律,提高诊治水平。方法 对我院自1995年7月至2002年12月收治的34例重症心脏瓣膜病病例进行回顾性分析,并结合国内外相关文献进行对比分析。结果 术后共有23例出现并发症,治愈30例,死亡4例。结论 围手术期必须使用洋地黄、极化液等强心、利尿治疗。开放阻断时要用洋地黄、速尿并补钾。对术前患有脑梗塞的病人,体外循环转流需要平稳。
