摘要
ROS、SOD、GSH与糖尿病血管病变关系密切。该文主要从ROS、SOD、GSH的生物功能,三者与糖尿病血管病变的关系等方面阐述ROS、SOD、GSH在糖尿病血管病变的发生和发展中起着重要作用,探讨中药对糖尿病血管病变ROS、SOD、GSH的影响。为加强中药治疗DM作用机制的系统研究和开发药物提供了新的思路。
There is a great close relationship between ROS、SOD、GSH and diabetic vascular lesions.The paper states the important role of ROS、SOD、GSH in the occurrence and development of diabetic vascular lesions and discusses the effects of Chinese medicine on ROS、SOD、GSH in diabetic vascular lesions.It wil provide a new idea for the system study and development of Traditional Chinese medicine in strengthening treatment mechanism of diabetes.
