摘要
肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病共同的病理表现。肝纤维化在早期乃至晚期都可以发生逆转。故预测及早期诊断肝脏纤维化对整个疾病的进程和治疗特别重要。肝活检仍是诊断肝纤维化的金标准,因有创性限制了其在临床上的广泛应用。目前,Fi-broScan作为一种无创性诊断方法成为研究热点,广泛应用于肝纤维化的诊断,此文就FibroScan临床应用进展作一综述。
Liver fibrosis is a common etiology of chronic liver diseases.Treatment in the early stage,by anti-inflammatories or other drugs targeting the specific fibrosis-promoting factor/pathogen,can reverse the liver fibrosis;treatments in the later stages can effectively reduce the extent of fibrosis.Therefore,sensitive and accurate methods to predict and/or diagnose liver fibrosis are crucial for identifying the condition at the earliest possible stage to initiate timely therapy and inhibit disease progression.Liver biopsy is currently the gold standard for diagnosing and staging fibrosis.However,the procedure is invasive and presents surgery-related risks,such as infection and bleeding.The FibroScan imaging system represents a new,non-invasive approach to diagnose and stage liver fibrosis.This review discusses the FibroScan technology and its clinical application and efficacy.
