熵权模糊一致矩阵优选的电网规划评价方法 被引量:1

Research on Evaluation method of Entropy Weight and Fuzzy Consistent Matrix Optimization to Transmission Network Planning

摘要 针对原基于模糊一致矩阵优选模型确定方案存在的问题,分别从模糊优先关系矩阵、模糊一致矩阵、优属度矩阵和指标特征值矩阵等对原有的模糊优选模型进行改进,并将熵权法引入模型中确定各评价指标的权重分配向量,建立了基于熵权模糊一致矩阵的电网规划决策流程和综合评价指标体系。实例计算结果表明,该模型处理含有定性指标的模糊评判问题行之有效,计算简便、结果可信。 Aiming at the problem of fuzzy consistent matrix optimization model for choice of scheme, the model is improved from the aspects of fuzzy superiority relation matrix, fuzzy consistent matrix, the superiority degree of single target and comprehensive evaluation. And then the entropy weight method is introduced into the model to determine the index weight. Finally, the transmission network flow chart planning based on entropy weight and improving fuzzy consistent matrix optimization and comprehensive evaluation index system is established. The conclusion of the example indicates that the proposed model is effective, reliable and simple for handling the fuzzy qualitative index judgement problem.
