摘要
本文针对岗南水库多年运行中库水位常达不到正常蓄水位这一问题,在岗南水库和黄壁庄水库联合调度下,采用风险效益的分析法,对岗南水库提高汛限水位的可能性进行了研究,切合实际地给出了合理的汛限水位,提高了水库的兴利效益。这项研究在水资源紧缺的华北地区非常有意义。
Gangnan Reservoir and Huangbizhuang Reservoir under combined operation often can not reach normal pooling level in past years. This problem is discussed in this paper, and the possibility to raise the limit flood water level of Gangnan Reservoir is given on basis of comparing the additional inundation loss and the marginal benefits. This research is important to North China where water resources are very deficient.
