摘要
在以往立式离心机锁紧装置的设计中,由于缺乏高温条件下锁紧装置的强度校核方法,其他厂家曾因锁紧装置失效,导致高温金属液顶喷而造成重大伤亡事故。本文建立了立式离心机锁紧螺栓的强度校核方法,不仅能在正常状态下、还能对极端条件下对锁紧螺栓进行强度校核。还建立了花形压板的强度校核方法,不仅对花形压板受到垫套剪切应力、还对花形压板受到盖板向上的弯应力进行强度校核。本强度校核方法改变了传统的只是在发生安全事故后对损害部件进行鉴定,注重于在设计阶段有目的地采用可靠的锁紧部件材料及合适的工作环境,进行事前预防。
In past design of vertical centrifugal machine, for the lack of strength check of locking apparatus at high temperature, failure of locking apparatus in some manufacturers resulted in puffofhigh temperature molten metal, which led to heavy casualties. The strength check method of locking apparatus in vertical centrifugal machine was built in this paper, which can carry out strength check to locking bolt in normal and extreme conditions. Strength check to flower-shaped pressing plate was also built, which carry out strength check to shearing and upward flexural stress in flower-shaped pressing plate. This strength check alters traditional process, conduct expert examination to harmful equipment atler safety misadventures. The strength check carries out prior precaution, adopt reliable locking component material and suitable work conditions.
