摘要
分析了传统方法设计大型立式离心机铸型组合方式的不足之处。介绍了一种新的设计方法,离心机底盘采用阶梯圆形凹槽定位方式;采用通用底板、通用盖板和专用金属筒套的铸型组合方式;设计通用系列的花形压板及锁紧螺栓,从而大大提高了底、盖板及配套锁紧系统的重复使用率,使铸型综合成本降低40%以上,并明显缩短了生产周期。
The disadvantages of traditional modulazation design for large-scale vertical centrifugal casting were analyzed. A new design method was introduced. Multi-step round-cavity groove position was adopted in designing chassis of centrifugal machine. The combination mould design of general backing plate, general cover plate and special metal sleeve was conduced with the design of general serial flower-shaped plate and bolt locking, which improved greatly the re-utilization rate of backing plate, cover plate and coordinate locking mechanism, decreased comprehensive cost of mould by 40% and shortened greatly the production period.
