摘要
目的 :评价 5种根管封闭材料的根尖封闭效能 ,分析其影响因素。方法 :收集新鲜拔除的 10 0颗上中切牙随机分组 ,用Ca(OH) 2 糊剂、氯仿牙胶糊剂、自产根管封闭剂、AH2 6及AH -plus作根管封闭材料 ,采用侧向加压法及垂直加压法行牙胶根充 ,经染色后在立体镜下测得微漏长度并记数。结果 :Ca(OH) 2 糊剂组均值显著高于其它各组 ,余下各组间比较则无统计学意义 ;垂直加压法均值显著高于侧向加压法。结论 :Ca(OH) 2 糊剂不宜作根管封闭材料 ;氯仿牙胶糊剂、自产根管封闭剂其根尖封闭效能与AH2 6、AH -plus相同 ;直根管充填侧压法优于垂直法。
Objective:To estmate the apex blocking efficacy of five kinds of root canal blocking materials and analyze the influence factors.Methods: The root canals of 100 fresh extracted incisor teeth were filled with calcium hydroxide paste,chloroform gutta percha paste,self made root canal blocking agent,AH 26 and AH-plus respectively in lateral or vertical pressure way.Their microeffusion was measured after stained.Results:Apex microeffusion filled with calcium hydroxide is higher than the others,and the others have no significant difference;apex microeffusion in vertical pressure way is higher than that in lateral pressure way.Conclusion:Calcium hydroxide paste is not adequate as a root canal blocking material.The apex blocking efficacy of chloroform gutta percha paste and self made root canal blocking agent is equivalent to that of AH-plus and AH 26 .The lateral pressure way is superior to the vertical pressure way.
