摘要
目的 :观察两种根管封闭剂在根充中的临床效果。方法 :随机抽取分别用丁香油氧化锌糊剂和氯仿牙胶糊剂为根管封闭剂 ,根充后所摄的X线牙片各 5 0例进行观察。结果 :氯仿牙胶糊剂为根管封闭剂时 ,根适填率稍高于丁香油氧化锌糊剂。前者超填率高 ,后者欠填率大。结论
Objective:To observe the clinic effect of two endodontic sealers in root filling treatment.Methods:100 dental films of teeth after root filling were randomly selected to observe their effects.Half of them were sealed by chloro-percha paste(CPP) while the other half were sealed by Zine Oxide eugenol paste(ZOE).Results:There was a slightly higher rate of proper-filling in CPP than that in ZOE.But it was easier to overfill in CPP,while in ZOE,the deficient-filling rate is higher.Conclusion:Effects of two sealers are good.
