摘要
使用右归丸治疗肾阳虚模型家兔，检测实验动物血中微量元素的代谢情况。结果发现：模型家兔血液微量元素发生了“平衡→失衡→再平衡”的动态变化过程。微量元素与生化指标一样，在动物体内的生物代谢过程中起着特定的作用，微量元素是正确评价病证转归和药物疗效的良好指标。从而证明了机体内血液微量元素在右归丸治疗家兔肾阳虚的过程中，有着一定的变化规律。
To determine the variety trends and trace element in kidney-yang deficiency rabbit treated by yougui pill. Methods: The rabbit models of kidney-yang deficiency wire created by pouring hydroxyurea and beated by yougui pill. Before and after the experiments, the trace elements in bled were detected. Results: The trace elements in rabbit blood come through balance-unbalance - rebalance state. Before ex- periment, the trace element in rabbit blood was balance; when animal madel were created, the trace ele- ments of them had lost balance; after treated by yougui pill, it retured to balance. Conclusion: The trace element in blood can be a good index when we appreciated the trends of disease and effect of different drugs.
