摘要
总结了温肾壮阳药药效学研究常用的实验检测方法,介绍各类方法的原理、基本操作及各种检测生化指标,为筛选具有温肾壮阳作用的新药提供参考。
Examination methods of pharmacodynamics research on warming the kidney to strengthen yang are reviewed in this paper, including principle, basic operation and various biochemical assay index, in order to screen new drugs for warming the kidney to strengthen yang.
