摘要
目的 阐明早期糖尿病膀胱舒张和收缩功能改变。方法 以链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠糖尿病 ,用蔗糖利尿模拟多尿性膀胱功能变化 ,对比糖尿病、蔗糖利尿和正常对照大鼠离体膀胱收缩、舒张变化及cAMP含量。结果 早期糖尿病鼠膀胱最大收缩力和持续收缩力下降 ,膀胱舒张能力也有下降 ,膀胱cAMP含量明显减少。结论 糖尿病早期膀胱逼尿肌收缩、舒张功能均有明显受损 ;同时 ,大量利尿可使膀胱容量和湿重增加 ,但不是糖尿病膀胱病变的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of bladder contraction and relaxation in diabetes mellitus. Methods Bladder contraction and relaxation in response to isoproterenal and bethanechol stimulation were observed in streptozotocin induced diabetes, sugar induced diuresis and normal control in rats. The production of cAMP in bladder was studied with radioimmunoassay. Results The maximal contractile force and the ability of sustaining contraction were impaird in dibetic bladder, while in diuretic bladder, the contraction and relaxation had no significant changes. Although the maximal bladder volume and the wet bladder weight had similar changes in diabetic bladder, decrease of detrusor contraction/relexation and increase of bladder compliance were observed ( P <0.01). Conclusion Detrusor contraction and relexation of the bladder are impaired in the early stage of diabetes. However, diuresis does not play a major role in the development of DCP.
