摘要
随着临床乳腺癌检出率的提高和以患者为中心的新医疗模式的出现,特别是乳腺癌患者对保乳、美容效果以及整体对生活质量要求的不断提高,各种微创治疗新技术迅速发展,非手术治疗乳腺癌的消融技术受到极大关注。常用的热消融方法包括射频消融、微波消融、高强度聚焦超声、激光消融等。超声介入技术在乳腺癌热消融治疗中的应用也日益广泛,现就其相关研究进展予以综述。
Along with the increase of the early breast cancer detection,and the emergence of new medical mode with patient as the center,and especially with the increasing demand of breast conservation,beauty and quality of life,a variety of minimally invasive treatment technologies are developing fast,among which breast ablation therapy has been paid more and more attention.The common thermal ablation therapies include radiofrequency ablation,microwave ablation,high intensity focused ultrasound ablation,and laser ablation.Ultrasonography intervention has been more widely used in the thermal ablation treatment of breast cancer,and here is to make a review of the research progress.
