摘要 超声引导下经皮激光消融是一种安全有效的微创介入技术,可治疗不同类型的甲状腺结节,对于甲状腺良性结节效果最佳。CEUS是治疗过程中及治疗后对其效果进行评估的首选方法。本文就超声引导下经皮激光消融在甲状腺结节中的临床应用进展进行综述。 Percutaneous laser ablation under ultrasound guidance is a safe, effective and minimally invasive technique, which can treat different types of thyroid nodules, especially for the benign thyroid nodules. CEUS is the preferred method for evaluating the effect during or after this treatment. The progresses of clinical application of ultrasound-guided percuta- neous laser ablation for thyroid nodule were reviewed in this article.
