摘要
目的评价超声引导下经皮穿刺冲洗治疗乳腺脓肿的临床价值。方法对2006年1月—2010年10月在我院超声科接受超声引导下经皮穿刺冲洗治疗的22例乳腺脓肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果 22例患者共45个乳腺脓肿,经2~5次穿刺冲洗治疗后均治愈;超声可清晰监视手术进程,未出现明显疼痛、出血等并发症。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺冲洗法治疗乳腺脓肿具有实时、安全、疗效明显、并发症少、不需住院等优点,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。
Objective To assess the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and irrigation treatment of breast abscess.Methods Twenty-two patients with 45 breast abscesses who were treated with ultrasound-guided puncture and irrigation from Jan 2006 to Oct 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Operations were successfully done of all 45 breast abscesses in 22 patients.The process of treatment could be clearly visualized under ultrasound without obvious complications of pain and bleeding.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and irrigation for the treatment of breast abscess has advantages of real-time,safety,significant efficacy,fewer complications,without hospitalization,therefore is worthy of wide application.
