摘要
目的 观察缺血性脑血管病患者的血清褪黑素及其代谢产物———尿液中 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素的含量变化 ,了解褪黑素与缺血性脑血管病的可能关系。方法 缺血性脑血管病患者 5 5例 (女性 2 2例 ,男性 33例 ) ,年龄 47~ 91岁 (平均 73岁 )。对照组 5 1(女性 2 5例 ,男性 2 6例 ) ,年龄 5 3~ 87岁(平均 6 8岁 )。测定采用ELISA方法。结果 患者组及对照组 x±s分别为患者组血清褪黑素 (43 45± 2 90 )ng/L ,对照组 (5 8 39± 4 32 )ng/L。两组之间差异有极显著意义 (t=2 0 75 1,P <0 0 1) ;患者组尿液 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素为 (33 47± 3 2 1)ng/L ,对照组 (46 2 8± 5 32 )ng/L。两组之间差异有显著意义(t=2 185 9,P <0 0 5 )。褪黑素或 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素在患者组或对照组中的不同性别之间以及患者组中不同的脑血管病发病区域之间差异无显著意义。结论 缺血性脑血管病患者体内的褪黑素及 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素含量显著降低。
Objective To observe the changes of melatonin and 6 hydroxymelatonin sulfate, a metabolite of melatonin, levels in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods ELISA method was used to measure the contents of serum melatonin and urine 6 hydroxymelatonin sulfate in 55 patients with ischemic stroke (22 women and 33 men, aged 47 to 91 years) and 51 controls (25 women and 26 men, aged 53 to 87 years). Results The melatonin level was (43.45±2.90) ng/L ( ±s ) in patients with ischemic stroke, which was significantly lower than that in the controls (58.39±4.32) ng/L ( t =2.0751, P <0.01). The 6 hydroxymelatonin sulfate levels were 33.47±3.21 ng/L ( ±s ) in patients with ischemic stroke, which were also significantly lower than those in the controls (46.28±5.32) ng/L ( t =2.185 9, P <0.05). Neither the contents of melatonin nor 6 hydroxymelatonin sulfate was observed to be significantly different between sexes or brain ischemic regions. Conclusion The endogenous levels of serum melatonin and urine 6 hydroxymelatonin sulfate significantly decreased in patients with ischemic stroke.
