摘要
目的研究对药远志、石菖蒲对糖尿病大鼠学习记忆功能的干预情况。方法使用远志、石菖蒲对糖尿病大鼠进行干预,分别采用水迷宫实验和气相色谱-质谱联用仪,观察糖尿病大鼠的行为学改变和血清3-脱氧葡糖醛酮的变化。结果远志、石菖蒲能够显著缩短大鼠Morris水迷宫到达站台时间,并降低大鼠血清3-脱氧葡糖醛酮的水平。结论对药远志、石菖蒲能够通过降低大鼠血清3-脱氧葡糖醛酮的水平,改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍。
Objective To study the intervention situation of the couplet medicine of Polygala with Acorus gramineus on diabetic rats' learning and memorial function.Methods Polygala with Acorus gramineus were used to intervene the rats with diabetes mellitus, then Morris water maze (MWM) test and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer were applied respectively to observe change of rats' behavior and serum 3-deoxyglucosone (3-DG). Results Polygala with Acorus gramineus could significantly reduce the swimming time to platform in MWM and the level of serum 3-DG. Conclusion Polygala with Acorus gramineus could improve diabetic rats' cognitive impairment by reducing the level of serum 3-DG.
