脑康Ⅱ号干预糖尿病认知障碍大鼠血清甲基乙二醛的研究

摘要 目的研究脑康Ⅱ号对糖尿病大鼠学习记忆功能的干预情况。方法将3月龄雄性Wistar大鼠,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ),制造糖尿病大鼠模型。制备脑康Ⅱ号,按成人用量的20、10、5倍的比例分成大、中、小3个剂量组。实验分组:对照组、模型组、脑康Ⅱ号干预组(分为大、中、小剂量3组)。采用水迷宫实验和气相色谱-质谱联用仪,分别观察糖尿病大鼠的行为学改变和血清甲基乙二醛的变化。结果 Morris水迷宫检测显示,模型组大鼠到达站台时间较对照组明显延长,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),脑康Ⅱ号各治疗组所需时间较模型组明显减少,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。GC-MS分析糖尿病大鼠模型血清中MG含量明显升高,约为对照组的2.5倍。脑康Ⅱ号治疗组MG含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论脑康Ⅱ号能够通过降低大鼠血清甲基乙二醛的水平,改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍。
