摘要
"U-G-S"人才培养模式是适应教师教育发展的时代需求而逐步形成的由师范院校、地方政府和中小学相互合作、共同培养高素质教师的一种合作开放的教师人才培养模式。山西师范大学在借鉴和学习国内外经验的基础上,立足现实,锐意进取,从目标设置、组织制度、合作内容、合作形式、保障体系等方面形成一整套的体制机制,在实践中诠释了这一模式的现实价值。
"U-G-S" mode of teacher education is based on the development of teacher education. The Normal University and local government and primary and middle schools cooperate with each other to train high qualified teachers and promote the development of local education. The Shanxi Normal University practice "U-G-S" teacher education new model and obtained some achievements. The operation of "U-G-S" mode of teacher education needs to regulate the goal setting, organization system, cooperation content, cooperation form, security system and other mechanism. Shanxi Normal University explores and practices this model which is worth the other university to follow.
