摘要
国际教师教育改革发展的趋势以及我国教师教育发展的价值取向,都要求我们要深入地探索具有中国特色的教师教育创新体系和人才培养模式培养。笔者在调研与实践的基础上,立足于我国中小学教师培养质量的现实问题,从四个方面阐述了提高我国中小学教师培养质量的具体策略:积极探索教师教育发展的新模式;全面提高师范专业学生的教育教学实践能力;进一步完善教师教育政策与法规建设;努力构建培养优秀教师的成长环境。本研究试图为指导我国中小学教师培养质量的提高提供一定的理论依据与可操作的实践策略。
Based on the research and practice and consideration of the practical problems of primary and secondary school teacher preparation, the specific strategies are elaborated from four aspects which are the following: exploring the new models of teacher education; enhancing normal students' practical teaching competency in a all- round way;further improving teacher education' s policies and regulations; making efforts to build a cultivating environment for qualified teachers. This study attempts to provide a certain theoretical basis and practical operational strategies that can be a guidance towards the quality improvement on primary and secondary school teacher preparation.
