摘要
目的了解宁夏回族自治区社区卫生服务团队的培训效果,为今后培训的不断完善提供依据。方法采用调查问卷和测试题相结合的方法,对参加宁夏社区卫生服务团队培训班的学员进行培训前和培训后的调查与测试。结果学员的基本知识、专业知识、服务技巧得分和总分培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且培训后分数高于培训前。在专业知识中,健康教育、健康档案管理两项内容回答正确率培训前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各项内容培训前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且培训后正确率比培训前提高。学员对培训的满意度从大到小排序依次为授课水平、组织方式、与学员需要相符的程度。结论本次宁夏社区卫生服务团队培训取得了较好的效果,今后培训应该增加与学员需要相符的内容。学员的学历、职称水平偏低,以女性为主,应该建立合理的社区卫生服务团队的人力资源结构,形成规范的团队培训学员准入标准。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the team training program for community health service in Ningxia so as to provide scientific basis for the development of training. Methods The questionnaire survey and paper test were used for trainees in Ningxia before and after their team training. Results The trainees' scores in basic knowledge, professional knowledge and service skills as well as total scores after the training were statistically significantly higher than those before the training ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And the differences in scores of most items of the professional knowledge were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , with the only exceptions of two items of health education and health archives management (P 〉 0.05 ). The degree of the trainees' sat- isfaction ranked in order of teachers' lecture level, organized way and degree corresponding to their need. Conclusion The effect of the team training for the community health service is satisfactory. The further training should increase the contents corresponding to the trainees' need. It is suggested that a reasonable staff structure of the community health service team should be established and an entry standards of the trainees be formulated.
