摘要
目的探讨强化治疗对社区治疗的高血压患者的临床疗效。方法将该社区常住的高血压患者256例,分为研究组和对照组各128例。研究组进行强化治疗;对照组行常规治疗。观察各组治疗前、后的血压情况,并进行对比。结果两组治疗前的血压差别不大;治疗后都有降低,但以研究组更接近理想水平。结论强化治疗是社区高血压患者的一种较完整的治疗方式。
Objective To study the clinical effect of intensive treatment in the treatment of patients with hypertension treated in the community. Methods 256 patients with hypertension living in the community were divided into research group and control group with 128 cases in each. The research group was given intensive treatment while the control group was given conventional treatment. Blood pressure of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant blood pressure difference between the two groups; after treatment, both the groups＂ blood pressure was lower, but the research group＇s was closer to the ideal level. Conclusion Intensive treatment is a more complete treatment of hy- pertension patients in community.
