摘要
分析我国现阶段金属非金属矿山安全生产所存在的问题,进而提出了我国开展金属非金属矿山安全标准化的必要性,阐明了安全标准化的重要意义。概括地说明了金属非金属矿山安全标准化建设的基本内容,系统地描述了整个安全标准化等级考评过程。最后得出,金属非金属企业安全标准化建设及其评定能够完善我国安全生产监管体制、提高企业自身安全生产能力、促进我国矿山行业安全标准化进程。提出了加强宣传教育、加强对考评机构的监管、细化实施办法等关于安全标准化实施工作的建议。
The paper analyses the problems in the safety production of China＇s metal and non-metal mines at the current stage, illustrates the necessity of carrying out the safety standardization in these mines and its significance, outlines the basic contents in the construction of safety standardization and describes systematically the whole process of safety standardization rank evaluation. It is concluded that the construction and evaluation of safety standardization in metal and nonmetal mining enterprises can consummate the supervision system of China＇s safety production, and will improve the enterprises＇ability of safety production and promote the safety standardization process in China＇s mining industry. Moreover, suggestions on implementing the safety standardization are made, including enhancing the publicity and education of safety, strengthening the surveillance to the evaluation institution, and specifying the execution measures.
