低品位非独立蚀变氧化铜矿及其伴生金的综合回收研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对极低品位氧化铜矿及其伴生元素的回收技术难题,为了提高矿产资源的综合利用率,对吉林某大型氧化铜矿进行了试验和研究。该矿中铜的品位为0.22%,氧化率高达40%,金的品位为0.5 g·t-1。显微镜观察发现,无独立的氧化铜矿物存在。结合工艺矿物学研究,归纳、比较探索流程试验结果,确定了重选-氧硫混浮工艺流程。重选采用Falcon离心选矿机对金进行回收,尾矿进行铜的浮选试验研究。条件试验对指标的影响研究表明,当磨矿细度-0.074 mm占76%,硫化钠用量1000 g.t-1,硫酸铵1000 g·t-1,组合捕收剂丁基黄药+丁胺黑药+氨基双磷酸为(60+30+100)g·t-1时,铜矿物的回收指标最高。闭路流程试验获得金精矿中金品位121.45 g·t-1、回收率60.73%;铜精矿中铜品位15.63%、回收率79.57%,伴生金的品位13.56 g·t-1、回收率为30.38%,达到了计价金的标准。金的总回收率为91.11%,实现了资源的综合利用。 The large low grade copper oxide mine in Jilin was studied in order to improve comprehensive utilization of mineral re- sources, to devdop recovery technique of the very low grade refractory copper oxide ore and the associated elements. The grade of cop- per was 0.22%, and the oxidation rate was up to 40%, the gold grade was 0.5 g't-1. There was no independent copper oxide mineral by microscope observation. Combining with the process mineralogy study, the gravity separation and oxygen sulfur mixed flotation were compared and explored. The gold was recovered using Falcon, the gravity equipment, and the flotation experiment of copper was per- formed using the tailing as raw materials. The results showed that, with the grinding fineness of - 0. 074mm 76%, the sodium sulfide dosage 1000 g.t-1, ammonium sulfate 1000 g.t-1, the combined collector of butyl xanthate-butyl amine aerefloat-amion double phos- phate (60, 30, 100) g.t-1 , the recovery index of copper was the highest. Through the dosed circuit process, the ~ade of Au was 121.45 g.t-I and the recovery was 60.73% in the gold concentrate. In the copper concentrate, the Cu grade was 15.63% and the re- covery was 79.57%, the associated gold grade was 13.65 g.t-1 which reached to the valuation standard, the recovery was 30.38%. Therefore, the total recovery of gold reached 91.11%.
