摘要 针对某难选氧化铜矿石氧化率和结合率高,原矿品位低,脉石矿以钙镁含量高的碳酸盐碱性为主的特点,考查了不同的捕收剂回收氧化铜的效果,表明采用提高磨矿细度,组合捕收剂,深化活度,强化连生体和细粒铜矿物的有效选别,在保证铜精矿品位波动不大的情况下,提高选矿回收率7.82%,选矿工艺流程简单易行,具有应用价值。 According to the characteristics of the refractory copper oxide ores with the high oxidation ratio and combination ratio, and the low grade of raw ore, the gangue is alkaliferous gangue, and majority of the gangue is huntite, we investigation effects of collectors on the flotation sparation of the copper ore. the measure are taken as follows: improving the grinding of fine particles; the combination flotation reagent, which can activate and intensify the effective beneficiation of interlocked mineral and fine-particle copper mineral, the beneficiation recovery of 7.82% be improved under the condition which the grade of copper raw is stable. Mineral processing become easy and feasible, and have the value of application.
