摘要
目的探讨MRI对梨状肌综合征的诊断价值。方法对临床症状臀痛及腿后部疼痛患者的梨状肌及其周围相邻结构进行MRI检查,对梨状肌MRI信号影像进行分析。结果梨状肌综合征患者梨状肌及周边的臀中肌肿胀,信号异常,T1WI呈等低信号、T2WI及SPAIR呈高信号,其内并见钙化及肌间少许积液。结论 MRI可清楚的反映梨状肌综合征的MRI影像表现,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To study the MRI to piriformis syndrome diagnosis value. Methods The clinical symptoms hip pain and leg back pain patients piriformis and around the adjacent structure, MRI for piriformis MRI signal image analysis. Results The piriformis syndrome patients piriformis and surrounding the gluteus medius swelling, signal abnormalities, T1WI and T2WI in low signal, and SPAIR has high signal, them and see calcification and muscle between a little effusion. Conclusion MRI can clearly reflect the piriformis syndrome MR1 image performance, has high diagnostic value.
