踝关节三角韧带损伤的MRI影像学诊断 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨踝关节三角韧带损伤的MRI影像表现。方法:收集自2009年1月—2011年7月间共21例经手术证实的三角韧带损伤患者的MRI影像资料,对其表现进行分析。结果:21例三角韧带损伤中,三角韧带撕裂表现为韧带的中断、不连续,韧带松弛以及波浪状改变,韧带内出现异常高信号,损伤的伴随征象主要有骨折或骨挫伤、关节囊积液和周围软组织肿胀等。结论:MRI对三角韧带损伤的显示率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
