摘要
目的:探讨妇科再造胶囊对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用环磷酰胺(100 mg·kg^(-1),ip)制备小鼠免疫低下模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的妇科再造胶囊(20,40,80 g·L^(-1)),观察小鼠外周血白细胞计数、免疫器官指数、单核吞噬细胞吞噬指数以及血清溶血素水平结果:与模型组比较,妇科再造胶囊能够增加免疫功能低下小鼠外周血白细胞数量(P<0.01)及免疫器官指数(P<0.01),并且可以增强单核吞噬细胞的吞噬能力(P<0.05),提高血清溶血素水平(P<0.05)。结论:妇科再造胶囊能够增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,并呈一定的剂量依赖性。
To investigate the effect of Fuke Zaizao capsules（FKZZ ） on immunity deficiency induced by cyclophosphamide in mice.Method：The experimental mouse model of immunity deficiency was produced by intraperitoneal injection（ip） of cyclophosphamide（CTX） with a dose of 100 mg·kg^（-1）.The mice were randomly divided into the normal control group,immunity deficiency model group,FKZZ group（treated with FKZZ with the dose of 20,40 and 80 g·L^（-1）,respectively）.The number of WBC in peripheral blood,the weight of immune organs,the phagocytosis activity of macrophage and the content of serum hemolysin were measured. Result：Compared with the model group,FKZZ could increase the amount of WBC（P 0.01 ）,the weight of immune organs（P 0.01 ）,the phagocytosis activity of macrophage（P0.05）and the content of serum hemolysin（P 0.05）.Conclusion：FKZZ can enhance nonspecific and specific immunity function,and improve the condition of immunity deficiency induced by cyclophosphamide in mice with dose - dependent manner.
