摘要
为建立小鼠免疫低下模型 ,应用环磷酰胺对小鼠引起的免疫低下状态进行了实验研究。一次性腹腔给予 2 5~ 30g的雄性BalB c小鼠 4 0mg kgBW的环磷酰胺 ,第二天 ,小鼠抗体生成细胞实验和血清溶血素实验呈免疫低下状态 ;给予 10 0mg kgBW的环磷酰胺 ,第二天 ,小鼠迟发型变态反应 (足跖增厚法 )实验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验呈免疫低下状态。给予环磷酰胺一周后 ,小鼠免疫状态恢复至正常 ,甚至会出现免疫增强的现象。小鼠的脾脏指数和体液免疫指标对环磷酰胺较敏感。
The various usage of Cyclophosphamide can induce immunodepressed model in mice.The male BalB/c mice, which are 25~30 g body weight, was injected into abdominal cavity for 40 mg/kg BW or 100 mg/kg BW cyclophosphamide respectively,then the PFC and HC50 or DTH and Macrophage Lick up Chicken's RBC is of immunodepression next day. This immunodepressed mice is compensability after one week,so much as immunoenhance. The items of spleen index and humnoral immunity is sensitivity to cyclophosphamide.
