摘要
目的观察中药滋阴消抗汤治疗免疫性不孕的疗效及探讨其作用机理。方法将73例肝肾阴虚型抗精子(AsAb阳性)免疫性不孕者随机分成中药组35例,服用滋阴消抗汤;西药组38例服用强的松,治疗期间均采用避孕套避孕。结果中药组妊娠率、AsAb转阴率分别为37.14%、74.29%,西药组妊娠率、AsAb转阴率分别为15.79%、36.84%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05、)。结论中药滋阴消抗汤有消除AsAb抗体的作用,并能调节免疫功能,较之西药治疗免疫性不孕有明显的优势。
Objective To probe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Nurishing - yin and Dispelling - hyperactivity Decoction in the treatment of Sterility. Method 73 cases of Liver - kidney - Yin - Asthenia typed antisperm immunologic infertility were randomly divided into Traditional - Chinese - drug group 30cases treated with Nurishing - yin and Dispelling - hyperactivity Decoction, and 38 cases of western medicine group treated with prednisone. Condemn was used in the prevention of being pregnant during treatment. Result In the Traditional - Chinese - drug group, the pregnancy rate, negative- transforming rate of AsAb are 37.14%, 74.29% respectively;while in the western medicine group the pregnancy rate, negative- transfomaing rate of AsAb are 15.79%, 36.84% respectively. There is some stastistical significance in the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05） Conclusion Nurishing - yin and Dispelling - hyperactivity Decoction can remove the action of AsAb anti - body, regulate immunofunction, and is obviously better than the westem medicine in the treatment of immunologic infertility.
