研究型医院的建设,转化医学的发展,最关键的是要有一批科研能力强的研究型医师。本文界定研究型医师的内涵,分析了研究型医师培养的内容、方法,提出研究型医师队伍构建的基本设想。
It is a batch of investigative type doctors that is vital to build research-oriented hospital and develop the transformation medicine.The article defined the connotation of investigative type doctor,analyzed the training content and method of investigative type doctor,and put forward the basic structure of doctor team.
