This article introduces one series of portable apparatus, which is utilized in testing on sheet resistance of electric-conducting film (flat resistance), it emphatically focuses on the apparatus' designing plan, it's applying principle, the key circuit and probe's designment. This apparatus is the desirable instrument for all electric-conducting film (i.e. ITO film) producers and the device parts (i.e. liquid crystal indicator) manufacturers.
