摘要
15Cr Mn Mo V钢冷轧—时效后 ,钢中存在大量弱界面 ,力学性能有明显提高。应用 TEM原位拉伸方法 ,对 1 5Cr Mn Mo V钢中弱界面的开裂进行了原位观察及扫描电镜断口分析。结果表明 :弱界面有阻碍位错运动、偏转主裂纹扩展方向的作用 ,可形成分层断口。这种断裂方式使断口表面积增加 ,提高了材料的强韧性。
