摘要
本文用形变时效方法显著提高了15CrMnMoV钢的强度、韧性、特别是K_(ISCC)。织构测定、SEM、TEM等分析结果表明,形变时效可在15CrMnMoV钢基体中引入大量平行于轧制面的显微弱界面。这些弱界面是强烈的{100}板织构形成的解理面,其能够缓解三向拉应力状态、纯化裂纹,偏析裂纹扩展路径,抑制裂纹扩展,具有显著的韧化作用。
The tensile strength, CVN value, engineering fracture toughness (K_(1c)), and particularly stress corrosion crack resistance (K_(Iscc))have been remarkably improved through TMT for 15CrMnMoV steel. The analysis with X-ray, SEM and TEM indicates that the TMT can introduce a large amount of weak binding boundaries, which parallel to the rolling plane, into the matrix of 15CrMnMoV steel. The weak binding boundaries are the interface of the potential cleavage which formed by intense {100} textures. This kind weak interfaces has delamination toughening effect which relaxing triaxial stress, blunting crack, deflecting and bifurcating crack growth path.
