摘要
介绍了石灰分加小球团烧结法的工业试验与生产情况 ,结果表明 ,该工艺可以改善小球团烧结矿的质量 ,提高产量 ,降低燃耗。高炉使用石灰分加小球团烧结矿后 ,增产节焦的效果十分显著。
Industrial test and production of mini pellet sintering process with divided addition of hydrated lime were conducted. The result showed that sinter quality is improved, sinter output is increased and solid fuel consumption is reduced with this technology. The output increament and coke saving on blast furnace achieved by using mini pellet sinter with divided addition of hydrated lime is also described in this paper.
