摘要
安钢水铁采用小球团烧结新工艺生产小球团烧结矿,烧结机利用系数高,固体燃耗低,产品质量好。小球团烧结矿具有较高的强度、良好的还原性以及良好的冶金性能,因此,小球团烧结矿在100m^3高炉上使用后,高炉炉况顺行程度显著提高,取得了明显的增铁节焦效果。
The new process producing minipelletized sinter at Shuiye Iron & Steel Co. has following advantages : high productivity of sintering machine , low solid fuel consumption, good product quality.The BF (100 m3) has been running smoothly and the technico-economical indexes have been improved greatly after the minipelletized sinter was used.
