摘要
在以包头铁精矿为原料的条件下，研究了不同因素对造球及烧结过程的影响，制得了不同碱度系列的小球团烧结矿。试验表明，小球团烧结法合理的工艺条件为：合理粒度组成的烧结料，较高的点火负压，较低的烧结负压，高料层，低配煤。
In this paper,the effect of different factors on the minipelleted sinter process were studied under the conditions of Baotou Iron & Steel Co., It is established that suitable size distribution of balling feed, higher ignition suction,lower sinter suction, higher bed depth and lower carbon rate are key factors to MPS process.
