摘要
高职院校建设公共学习社区是正向处理高校四大职能后的位移,在U型理论指导下建设区域协同创新中心是高职院校的制度安排。制度设计过程中,要关注三大力量,适应发展的新环境;要着眼于培育四大特性,应对发展的新要求;要着力于建设三大共同体,协同社区幸福美好发展。
Establishing public learning communities in vocationat corteges is a posture exL6t,~lu major functions of the institutions of higher education. To set up regional collaborative innovation centers under the guidance of U Theory is an important institutional arrangement of these colleges. In the process of institutional design, three main forces should be focused upon so that the colleges can adapt to the new environment for development, four major characteristics should be kept in mind so that the new requirements for development can be properly coped with, and three major collaborative communities should be constructed to coordinate a better development of the public learning communities.
