高校资助育人工作队伍的管理与考核 被引量:3

摘要 高校资助工作具有集中性、长期性、多变性、复杂性等特点,因而高校资助育人工作队伍的来源也要应对这样多元化的特性要求,建立起辅导员、学校行政人员和社会人士3方合作的资助育人队伍,有主有次,有参与有监督。另一方面,建立"校级—学工部—学院"3级管理负责制,将最大限度地发挥资助育人工作队伍的潜能。根据资助队伍的多元化特点,应采取定量与定性相结合的评价方式,对人员结构复杂、职责分工各有不同的高校资助育人队伍进行全方位的考核,并结合评价机制建立相应的激励机制,提高领导、管理人员及参与人员的积极性,帮助受资助人员全面发展。 In view of the peculiarities of the aid and education work,which has the characteristics of concentricity,longevity,variability and complexity,the team building should deal with such a wide range of characteristics.We should establish a tripartite cooperation team participated by students' counselors,school administrators and community.In this team,different partucipators should play different roles,such as participants and supervisors.On the other hand,the establishment of "three-level"administrative regime will maximize the potential of this team.According to its diversified characteristics,it is a necessity to take a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation.In order to help the comprehensive development of this team,we'd better establish the all-round assessment combined with incentive mechanism aiming at improving the enthusiasm of the leadership,managerial staff and participants.
