摘要
从新生心理健康教育的实践需要出发,探讨新生心理帮助体系的构建,通过新生心理普查,运用心理普查的结果,结合个体、团体心理咨询等途径进行心理帮助,并在保密和不干扰学生正常学习、生活的前提下进行后续关注与跟进,以有效实施对部分新生进行心理帮助。
Based on the actual needs of the mental health education of college freshmen, the article explores on the construction of psycho-logical help system for them. According to the college freshmen mental census and its results, combining the individual, group counseling and other means of conducting psychological help, under the premise of confidentiality and no interference with the students＇ life and learning, the article puts forward some useful suggestion on effective implementation of psychological help for college freshmen.
