摘要
目的系统评价小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2012年第2期)、EMBase、PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)(各数据库检索时间均为从创建日至2012年7月)关于小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名数据员按纳入与排除标准进行独立筛选试验,并评价纳入研究的方法学质量,提取资料;用RevMan 5.14软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇RCT,包括1 609例患者。Meta分析结果显示,小儿豉翘清热颗粒有效率优于利巴韦林[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.15,1.23),P<0.01],退热时间短于利巴韦林[MD=-18.47,95%CI(-24.00～12.94),P<0.01],症状缓解优于利巴韦林(P<0.01);调节免疫指标优于利巴韦林(P<0.01),不良反应发生率低于利巴韦林[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.02～5.22,P=0.42]。结论基于现有临床证据,小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染有效、安全性好。但由于纳入研究质量不统一,本结论尚需更多大样本、高质量临床随机对照试验予以证实。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules for treating child upper respiratory infection（ URI）.Methods The randomized controlled trials（ RCT） of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules for treating URI were retrieved from the Cochrane Library（ Issue 2,2012）,EMbase,PubMed,CBM,CNKI and VIP（ from establish to July 2012）.Two reviewers independently retrieved RCTs according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and assessed the methodological quality of included trials for extracting the data.The obtained data were analyzed by the RevMan 5.14 software.Results Twelve RCTs involving 1 609 patients were ultimately identified.The meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules was superior to that of ribavirin [ RR = 1.19,95% CI（1.15,1.23）, P 0.01 ];the defervescence duration of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules was shorter than that of ribavirin [ MD =-18.47,95% CI（-24.00,-12.94）, P 0.01 ];the symptom remission of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules was superior to that of ribavirin（ P 0.01）; the immune indexes of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules were superior to those of ribavirin l（ P 0.01）, the differences showing statistical significance.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules was lower than that in ribavirin [ OR = 0.32,95% CI（0.02,5.22）, P = 0.42 ] without statistical difference between them.Conclusion The meta-analysis results indicate that Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules for treating children URI is effective with good safety.Howerver,due to the quality disunity of included studies,this conclusion need more large sample size,high-quality RCTs to confirm.
