摘要 细粒物料的干式磁选效果主要受制于颗粒间微观作用力,即静电引力、范德华力与毛细力与颗粒所受外部宏观作用力,如重力、磁力与离心力等的博弈过程。基于此,分析讨论了介电常数、粒度与湿度等宏观可测量对细粒物料干式磁选的影响。 The effect of dry magnetic separation in separating fine-grained materials mainly depends on game playing between intergranular micro forces such as attractive electrostatic,van der Waals and attractive capillary forces and external macro forces such as gravity,magnetic and centrifugal forces.Therefore,based on this the effect of macro measurable parameters containing dielectric constant,particle size and moisture on dry magnetic separation of fine-grained materials is analyzed.
