摘要
CT-1627大型永磁磁滚筒是目前国内工业应用中规格最大及处理量最大的干选设备,设备进行了大型化的机械结构设计以及采用了大极面的磁系设计方案,其中磁系设计采用了COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场分析软件模拟仿真计算的方法。此设备应用在首钢水厂东排的废石回收干选系统,尾矿品位平均为4.18%,达到了小于6.5%的干选废料标准。设备运转11个月来,共回收品位在20%~30%的矿石约70万t,已产生约5600万元的经济效益。
CT-1627 permanent magnet magnetic pulley is the largest specifications and the largest capacity of the dry separation equipment in domestic,the mechanical structure is designed in large scale and the large magnetic pole is adopted in magnetic system,which is designed by using the method of calculation of the COMSOL Multi-physics analysis software simulation.CT-1627 is applied in the dry sorting system of waste rock recycle in the Dongpai stope of Shougang Shuichang plant,the average tailings grade is 4.18% less than 6.5% which is the dry waste standards.About 70 million tons of the ore with the grade range from 20% to 30% is recovered in eleven months,which has been generated about 56 million Yuan economic benefit.
