垃圾焚烧电厂炉渣分选工艺设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究分别从炉渣性质、分选工艺设计、设备选型、车间工艺布置、经济效益测算5个方面进行分析,结果如下:炉渣属于一般固体废物,粒度主要分布在10 mm以下,以细粒料为主;炉渣综合利用之前,必须对炉渣进行有效分选,目前我国一般采用湿法分选工艺对炉渣进行分选;炉渣湿法分选系统主要包括预处理系统、破碎系统、磁选系统、跳汰分选系统、摇床分选系统、涡电流分选系统、渣水处理系统;炉渣分选厂通过制定合理的湿法分选工艺,优化设备选型和工艺布置,能够实现对炉渣的有效分选,生产出高质量的再生集料;以处理量为300 t/d的炉渣厂为例进行效益测算,得出炉渣的净利润为28.94元/t,达产后年净利润约286.5万元,投资回收期约为6.46 a。 Five aspects including slag properties,sorting process design,equipment selection,workshop process layout and economic benefit calculation were analyzed.According to the analysis of slag properties,the slag belonged to general solid waste,its particle size was mainly distributed below 10 mm,which was mainly fine particles.Before comprehensive utilization of slag,the slag must be effectively separated.At present,wet separation process is generally used to separate slag in China.The slag wet separation system mainly includes pretreatment system,crushing system,magnetic separation system,jigging sorting system,shaking table sorting system,eddy current separation system and sewage treatment system.The effective separation of slag and high quality recycled aggregate producing can be realized by formulating reasonable wet separation process,optimizing equipment selection and process layout in slag separation plant.Taking a slag plant with a capacity of 300 t/d as an example,the net profit of slag is 28.94 rmb per ton,the annual net profit is 2.865 million rmb per year,and the investment recovery period is6.46 years.
